I am not familiar with Reaper but all DAWS work similarly. Once I have my drum track laid out and edited in a Cubase track, I just make sure that the track it is on is set to play back through EZ2. Make sure your midi numbers are set the same. I don't bother bringing it back in, I just launch the cool sounds of EZ2 from the DAW.
